Through a devotional practice of prayer, meditation, following guidance, and applying the profound teachings of A Course in Miracles, she experienced a merge with the Spirit within her mind. Having walked ‘through the darkness to the light’ Kirsten exudes a profound wisdom and humility that touches the heart and lifts the spirit.
Since 2006, Kirsten has traveled throughout the world upon invitation, holding gatherings and retreats. Her life is a demonstration of total trust in the Spirit. The clarity and simplicity shared through her teachings are an invitation to true freedom; a life of purpose. Being in her presence is a reminder of the peace and love of God that is with us always.
Kirsten’s life is an ebb and flow of inspiring collaborations, teaching phases, and inward mystical phases. Her unshakable trust and consistent awareness of the Spirit is the gift she offers to everyone she meets.
Kirsten’s gatherings are an invitation to directly experience the Peace of God, as well as explore how to practically apply the non-dualistic principles found in A Course in Miracles in daily life.
Kirsten’s gentle presence allows for an exploration of the most relevant topics on the heart as an inroads to self inquiry and deepening relationship / identification with the Spirit within.
Her gatherings are interactive, and are primarily in the form of spiritual discourse (satsang) where questions are welcome, with a clear metaphysical framework to clarify the difference between Truth and illusions.
Longer events may involve an experiential / workshop component including heart-opening music, meditation, or metaphysical films.

Kirsten candidly exposes her fears, projections, and private thoughts whilst on an epic adventure with tirelessly joyful mystic David Hoffmeister.
